Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your Carmelinas we will collect them from your home our wherever is most convenient for you.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders very quickly so that you can receive your shoes as soon as possible. Once our team has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes untill you receive your package.
Once you receive your order, If you need to change the size, color or solve any other problem contact our team by sending an email to email@example.com, quoting your order number.
You can also choose to cancel your order for any reason. Returns must be received within 15 days from the day you receive your package. All items must be unworn with the same packaging that you received. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When sending back a pair of Carmelinas please request your return at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive instructions for your return.

You can always track your order checking in your account, and if you do not have an account we will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.
All prices listed on our site are in EUROS, and charged in EUROS. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at Carmelinashoes.com you are responsible for original shipping charges specified on the order and all applicable custom import fees of your country. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
